PrivateTurtle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

PrivateTurtle is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with PrivateTurtle.

You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any products, transactions, claims, damages, or disputes arising from purchases made through our store.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, suggestions, or feedback, you grant PrivateTurtle a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and publish such content.
