Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Delays

PrivateTurtle is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Events outside our control

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

PrivateTurtle is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

PrivateTurtle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Contact your local carrier

  • Contact us for assistance


International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
